Returns Policy
At Mavelly, your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Return period: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Procedure: Before sending any product back, you must first contact our team at contact@mavelly.com, explain the situation, and provide photos and a short video as proof. Only after our confirmation will you receive the instructions for the return.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or defective items: If your product arrives damaged, the same procedure applies – contact us within 14 days with photos and video so we can verify and arrange a replacement or refund.

Return costs: We do not charge return or handling fees. However, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
